MUST HAVE VALID DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, CURP, AND TAX STATUS CERTIFICATE UNDER THE SALARIES AND WAGES REGIME. **Work Schedule:** Mon\-Sat, 10:00 AM \- 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM \- 11:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate pharmacy operations. Correctly implement work processes and systems. Monitor and achieve sales targets. Control shrinkage. Inventory knowledge and management. Personnel management and development. Management of material resources. Cash handling and safeguarding of assets. Staff turnover metrics. Cash register closings and reconciliations. Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Leadership and personnel management. Adherence to established processes.
