Position Summary: C&A Mexico is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead a team, ensure the review and approval of accounting processes, and contribute to talent development. Key Highlights: 1. What are we looking for in you? Completed bachelor’s degree with diploma in accounting or administrative fields 5 or more years of experience as Payroll Manager Team leadership experience Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP Experience managing over 40 legal entities and/or employer registrations Payroll processing for more than 2,500 employees What will you do with us? Review of payroll calculations (monthly, biweekly, fortnightly, and special payrolls). Review of annual process calculations (Profit Sharing, Christmas Bonus, Vacation Bonus, Annual Adjustment). Approval of payroll-to-SAP accounting reconciliations, as well as provisions and account clean-ups, improvement projects, and their follow-up. Training, reporting, annual adjustment, individual and leadership competency development. Development of the team under your supervision (6 people).
