POSITION OBJECTIVE Support payroll administration, attendance incidents, personnel files, and HR operational processes, ensuring personnel information is complete, up-to-date, and accurately recorded for timely payment of salaries, benefits, deductions, and labor obligations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive, review, and enter personnel attendance incidents according to established timelines. • Assist in preparing weekly, biweekly, or otherwise scheduled preliminary payroll. • Review absences, tardiness, leave requests, rest days, vacations, medical leaves, and authorized adjustments. • Verify that attendance incidents are supported by appropriate documentation, authorizations, and corresponding signatures. • Reconcile data across attendance reports, time clocks, physical forms, and department heads. • Compile, update, and safeguard physical and digital personnel files. • Assist in managing deductions for loans, savings accounts, uniforms, vouchers, or outstanding balances. • Track bonuses, overtime hours, awards, compensations, or authorized adjustments. • Assist with information and documentation related to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. • Address initial inquiries regarding pay slips, payments, attendance incidents, vacations, • Assist with employee terminations, final settlements, equipment return, debt settlement, and file closure. • Report discrepancies, omissions, or administrative risks to the responsible supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: • Technical degree, TSU, or incomplete/ongoing bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, Human Resources, personnel administration, incident data entry, or similar administrative roles. • Basic to intermediate Excel skills for data entry, filtering, tables, and information management. • Basic knowledge of payroll, preliminary payroll, pay slips, and incident tracking. • Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. • Familiarity with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. • Desirable experience with payroll systems, SUA, IDSE, or similar platforms. • Availability for on-site work and support during payroll administrative closings. • Desirable experience in manufacturing, production, retail, footwear, or companies with operational staff.
