Opportunity for growth within the company Opportunity: We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team at Exelia. In this role, you will be a key contributor to payroll process management and support the well-being of our employees. Responsibilities: Preparation and calculation of weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll. Integration and administration of attendance incidents (absences, leaves, vacations, overtime). Administration of employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with official institutions. Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. Generation of payroll reports. Compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations. Responding to and clarifying payroll-related inquiries from employees. · Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing. Knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, attendance incidents, and payment disbursement. Proficiency in payroll software ([COI, SUA, NOI, FORTIA, etc.]). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical ability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
