Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team, responsible for preparing payroll, managing payroll incidents, and coordinating employer-employee contribution payment information. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive preparation and management of weekly and biweekly payroll. 2. IMSS variable control and coordination of employer-employee contributions. 3. Handling of deductions, related procedures, and staff support on payroll matters. A commercial interior design company is seeking a Payroll Analyst Job Description: Position Profile Completed degree in Public Accounting or Administration. Minimum Experience: 2 years Responsibilities Weekly and Biweekly Payroll Preparation · Prepare preliminary payroll (SIRRHUS) · Review permits, incidents, EG and RT disabilities, suspensions, bonuses, etc. · Upload data into the system and calculate payroll. · Settlement calculations · Validation of IMSS and ISR calculations in payroll. · Payroll receipt stamping · Distribution of payroll receipts to staff · File control (payroll records and payroll receipts) IMSS · Bimonthly preparation and application of IMSS variables · Bimonthly review of Infonavit-SUA-Payroll information. Additional Payroll-Related Activities · Addressing clarifications regarding payroll payments and benefits. · Maintaining deduction records (personal loans, Savings Fund loans, Optical services, Fonacot, Infonavit, etc.) · Processing food voucher cards for newly hired staff. · Completing forms for Fonacot loan applications, deduction tracking, and payment requests. · Distributing vouchers and processing weekly and biweekly invoice payments · Coordinating employer-employee contribution payment information. · Coordinating submission of employee hires, terminations, and salary modifications to IDSE.
