Customer service with a positive attitude and courteous service Position: Al Pastor Grill Operator **Location:** Nápoles Neighborhood, Mexico City **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (variable shifts, availability for afternoons/evenings) **Position Type:** Full-time Responsibilities * Prepare and operate the al pastor trompo with quality and speed. * Maintain cleanliness and order in your work area. * Provide customer service with a positive attitude and courteous service. * Assist with general kitchen tasks as needed. Requirements * Prior experience as an al pastor grill operator. * Knowledge of cutting, marinating, and trompo operation. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Responsible, punctual attitude and ability to work well in a team.
