**ACTIVITIES:** * Provide pre-hospital medical care: Immediately attend to patients experiencing emergencies or urgent conditions by applying basic or advanced life support maneuvers and procedures (according to training level), aiming to stabilize vital signs and preserve life prior to admission to a medical facility. * Assess and prioritize patients: Conduct a rapid and accurate initial assessment using pre-hospital triage to identify the severity level and risk for each patient. This evaluation enables establishing a clinical protocol–based order of treatment, ensuring timely response in critical cases. * Perform safe patient transport: Carry out safe and efficient patient transportation—either within medical facilities (from one area to another) or to other hospitals of higher complexity. Ensure patient stability during transit by continuously monitoring vital signs and administering necessary interventions en route. * Record clinical information: Document all relevant patient data clearly, accurately, and in real time—including vital signs, procedures performed, clinical evolution, and administered medications—using institutional forms or electronic/physical medical records, while complying with confidentiality and traceability guidelines. * Maintain medical equipment: Conduct inspections of assigned medical and emergency equipment (e.g., kits, pulse oximeters, defibrillators, oxygen tanks) before, during, and after each shift to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, sterilization, and timely restocking of supplies. * Comply with protocols and regulations: Strictly adhere to institutional guidelines, applicable legal regulations, and biosafety standards—including appropriate use of personal protective equipment, correct disposal of hazardous waste, and implementation of current clinical protocols. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team: Support medical, nursing, or other staff only upon explicit request and with prior authorization from the supervisor or direct superior. Such participation is neither mandatory nor part of core responsibilities; therefore, collaboration must remain within individual capabilities and never involve independent action or intervention without clear instructions. * Shift schedule is 24 hours, with entry and exit at 7 AM; shifts begin on Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday, Tuesday, and so on—every third day. * Statutory benefits * $10,000 tax-free * Biweekly payment
