Job Summary: We are seeking a Rigger to fabricate, repair, and maintain metal structures and mechanical components, ensuring uninterrupted operational continuity of industrial equipment at our flour mill plant. We are looking for: Rigger Perform tasks related to the **fabrication, repair, and maintenance of metal structures and mechanical components**, ensuring safety, functionality, and uninterrupted operational continuity of industrial equipment within the flour mill plant. **Main Responsibilities** * Fabricate and repair **hoppers, ducts, guards, stairs, bases, handrails, and metal structures** in general. * Perform **cutting, bending, assembly, and welding** (SMAW, MIG, or TIG). * Support **mechanical maintenance** of machinery and process equipment (conveyor belts, bucket elevators, silos, etc.). * Interpret **drawings and technical specifications** for assembly or repair of parts. * Comply with the company’s established **industrial safety and hygiene procedures**. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure **continuous and efficient plant operations**. **Required Profile** * **Education:** Secondary school or Technical High School diploma (preferably in industrial mechanics, welding, or related field). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a rigger, industrial blacksmith, or welder in process or manufacturing plants. * **Knowledge of:** * Electric welding, MIG and/or TIG. * Oxy-acetylene cutting and grinding. * Reading of mechanical drawings. * Use of workshop tools and equipment. * **Competencies:** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactive attitude and attention to safety.
