**What you will do** * Support the development, testing, and improvement of packaging for food products. * Conduct functionality, strength, and in-line performance tests. * Provide technical support to plant, quality, and procurement teams. * Evaluate materials and document results according to internal processes. **What we need from you** Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **1 to 3 years of experience** in packaging development or engineering (preferably in food or fast-moving consumer goods). * Basic knowledge of **rigid and flexible materials**. * CAD tools proficiency desirable (ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate level of **Excel / Office**. * **Analytical, organized, proactive**, and detail-oriented profile. * Interest in plant-based work and collaboration with cross-functional teams. **About the position** Interaction with plant personnel and cross-functional teams.
