Job Summary: ETN Turistar Lujo is seeking an experienced Package Documentation Clerk with expertise in courier services and customer service to receive, sort, pack, and deliver shipments, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and document packages, informing customers of their characteristics and costs. 2. Sort and pack shipments to ensure fast and secure transportation. 3. Deliver packages following requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. ETN Turistar Lujo is looking for your talent as: Package Documentation Clerk Requirements: Age 20 to 45 years Education: High School Diploma 1–2 years of experience in a similar position, with customer service background Experience in courier and package delivery services Full schedule availability is mandatory to rotate shifts. Rotating Shifts (3): 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off · Duties: Receive packages and courier items by completing the freight bill, informing customers about weight, volume, and dimensions of their packages to provide accurate cost estimates and delivery according to established procedures, thereby avoiding future disputes. Sort shipments according to various destinations for internal and external courier and package services, maintaining package tracking control and ensuring rapid dispatch via available networks. Pack services per established requirements; arrange packages and courier items in the bus trunk to ensure safe handling and transportation. Deliver packages and courier items to customers following requested requirements to fulfill the service as ordered and achieve customer satisfaction.
