**Organizational Climate Assessment, Training, and NOM-035 Consultant** **Position Objective:** Facilitate the effective implementation of organizational and technological development solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the sustainable success of Brivé Soluciones. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement training programs on organizational topics, soft skills, and regulatory compliance (NOM-035). * Facilitate in-person and virtual courses, workshops, and development sessions. * Identify training needs (TNA) among clients and propose learning solutions aligned with their objectives. * Provide specialized advisory services for implementing NOM-035, particularly regarding prevention and intervention measures. * Analyze evaluation results, surveys, and feedback to measure training effectiveness. * Develop instructional materials, learning content, and educational resources. * Coordinate organizational development projects focused on learning and occupational well-being. * Support clients throughout awareness-building and organizational culture initiatives. * Manage logistics, resources, and follow-up for training programs. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in consulting, training, and organizational development. * Knowledge of organizational diagnostics, labor regulations, and NOM-035. * Ability to analyze data and prepare executive reports. * Familiarity with HR technology tools and data analytics is desirable.
