In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving organizational development processes, ensuring that human resources are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve managing human resources, evaluating performance, and developing training programs for personnel. You must possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions. Your results-oriented approach will be critical in measuring the impact of organizational development initiatives and adjusting them as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain up-to-date job profiles and position descriptions - Conduct the training needs identification process - Develop and disseminate the annual training program - Coordinate and manage logistics for external courses - Administer the Organizational Climate assessment - Administer the Leadership assessment - Manage performance evaluations (for new hires and annual reviews) Prior experience in human resource management is required, with a strong emphasis on performance evaluation and implementation of training programs. Your ability to analyze performance data and trends will be essential for making informed and strategic decisions.
