Focus on quality, results, and teamwork Important: A prominent Mexican company with over 40 years of prestige and presence in the Mexican market, providing comprehensive services to medical and healthcare institutions—modernizing and upgrading technology to enhance clinical and diagnostic systems with unparalleled quality controls. **Hiring for: ORDER ANALYST** **Requirements:** **Desirable: Technical or professional degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; graduated or intern.** **Experience:** * Minimum experience working as a warehouse or order analyst * Experience in warehouses or logistics/manufacturing companies, handling and managing delivery notes, Back\-Order, order invoicing, equipment, spare parts, etc. * ERP system knowledge. **Skills:** * Software proficiency: * Word (intermediate level) * Excel (intermediate level) * ERP/MRP systems * Report generation, preparation, and utilization * Multi-warehouse management * Management of over 1,000 SKUs * ISO:9000 certification desirable **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure supply fulfillment according to the monthly route schedule * Notify Inventory Control Manager regarding material re\-stocking needs (BO) * Identify deviations and develop process improvements. **Competencies:** * Quality orientation * Results orientation * Teamwork * Initiative * Problem analysis * Organization * Perseverance * Sensitivity to guidelines * Openness to change * Service orientation **We Offer:** \- Base salary. \- Direct employment with the company. \- Statutory benefits from day one, plus enhanced benefits upon permanent hiring.
