Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor for a 100% Mexican company, leading warehouse operations, personnel management, and route planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route planning and vehicle monitoring Due to growth, XCF — a 100% Mexican company with over 10 years in the market — is looking for your talent as: Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor Requirements: \- Completed high school diploma or bachelor's degree \- Minimum 1 year of experience supervising warehouses, managing personnel, monitoring vehicles, and route planning \- Knowledge of forklift operation \- Familiarity with transportation industry operations \- Proficiency in Excel We Offer: \- Monthly base salary of $13,200 gross \- Weekly payment via BBVA \- 100% IMSS registration \- Grocery vouchers (5% additional to base salary) \- Savings fund (6% per month) \- Savings box \- Life insurance \- Direct employment with the company \- Statutory and additional benefits, including: \* Maternity/Paternity support \* School supplies support after 6 months (Kindergarten, elementary, middle school) \* Funeral expense assistance if required SCHEDULE: Shift-based role Our office is located at: Av.
