Position: Operations Supervisor · A parcel delivery company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate operational area activities. Work Location: Near ATAPENEO · Position Purpose: Lead the work team to ensure compliance with parcel production and logistics plans, guaranteeing quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost control within a safe, respectful, and courteous environment. · Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage and coordinate operational staff. Monitor parcel logistics and promptly resolve incidents. Comply with and enforce client-established regulations and criteria. Coordinate interdepartmental activities and standardize processes. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement during the shift. Generate operational reports and supporting records. Identify, report, and resolve abnormalities occurring during operations. Manage training for personnel under supervision. Maintain order and safety for personnel, equipment, and products. Collect data for KPI generation and analysis. · Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering Logistics Engineering Transportation Engineering Process Engineering Productive Systems Engineering Related disciplines Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, EXCLUSIVELY in parcel delivery or courier companies. Leadership, organization, and results orientation. Must own a personal vehicle. · We Offer: Gross monthly salary of $18,000.00 to $23,000.00, based on experience. Monthly flexible food vouchers: 10% of base salary, capped at $2,000.00.
