Focus on processes, metrics, and continuous improvement. **RH HUNTING is seeking an Operations Manager STR in Guadalajara, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading U.S.-based short-term vacation rental management company, with an established presence and strong reputation for its boutique and operational approach, is entering a critical expansion phase. The company is currently preparing for a strategic merger that will mark the beginning of accelerated growth, greater visibility, and large-scale professionalization. In this context, we seek to bring onboard an: **Operations Manager (STR)** **Work Mode:** **Remote.** **Availability:** Occasional travel to Florida (primarily Miami). **Required Profile:** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in short-term vacation rental (STR) management, overseeing more than 100 units. * Experience leading and coordinating guest service and booking teams. * Advanced proficiency in PMS and OTAs **(Guesty is mandatory).** * Advanced conversational English **(mandatory).** * Strong organizational skills, process orientation, metrics focus, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Administrative experience with listing creation and direct collaboration with Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO representatives to maximize bookings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead daily operations related to guests and administrative tasks (excluding field operations such as cleaning and maintenance). * Supervise and coordinate the Guest Services and operations team. * End-to-end management of the reservation pipeline and requests across multiple channels. * Optimization and maintenance of listings. * Coordination of property onboarding and offboarding. **Offer:** * Monthly salary of $3,500 to $3,700 USD (based on experience). * Annual KPI-based bonus: up to $6,000 USD. * Vacation days. * Travel expenses covered for work-related trips. * Opportunity to join a company belonging to one of the world’s six largest groups. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Miami time). * Rotating on-call duty every two weekends for escalations. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Tourism / Hospitality **Industry:** Hospitality **Skills:** * Responsible * Organization * Proactivity *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6998f59372000041008fa98f\&source\=indeed*
