Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confianza**Position Objective** Implement defined strategies for the blending center and coordinate resources and activities involved in manufacturing and inventory processes, adhering to applicable quality standards and regulations.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Coordinate necessary activities and resources to ensure that raw material handling, storage, preparation, and delivery of blends comply with current regulations and established processes. * Measure and ensure performance compliance at the blending center by generating operational indicators for the team and processes under supervision. * Identify, propose, and drive process improvements using a holistic approach to blending center operations (planning, customer service, operations, quality, process improvement). * Ensure that material receipt and picking processes for preparing pharmaceutical blends and total parenteral nutrition are executed in compliance with current regulations and within established timeframes. * Supervise proper maintenance and use of equipment and facilities. * Perform activities related to personnel management. Experience * Pharmaceutical Industry: 3 years * Supply chain process management: 2 years * Activities or processes related to blend preparation (per NOM 249\): 1 year Knowledge * Pharmaceutical and/or blending center regulations (NOM 059, NOM 249, ISO 9000, etc.) * Quality management systems Education Bachelor's Degree**Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * Hospital Pharmacy. KNOWLEDGE: * ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Office software: Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, logical formulas), PowerPoint (executive presentations).
