Job Summary: Verify and report route reconciliations to ensure item entry and exit, maintaining traceability and preventing theft, while also assisting in the general administration of operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure item traceability and prevent theft. 2. Conduct fuel performance audits. 3. Assist in general administrative tasks. OBJECTIVE Verify and report TR1 and TR2 route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure item entry and exit from vehicles and the platform at the COP, thereby ensuring continuous traceability and preventing item theft, as well as assisting in general administrative tasks for operational control. Base salary + food vouchers + performance bonus PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of item entry/exit—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the driver signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. 2. Obtain information regarding items with TR1 and TR2 reconciliation discrepancies. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the driver, and require immediate delivery of that item. To guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. 3. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting route dispatch on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm all items are recorded as pending on the platform. 4. Analyze TR2 route fuel performance. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (high and low performance). To provide information to the supervisor to prevent improper fuel usage and fuel theft. 5. Report TR1, TR2 reconciliation results and fuel performance audit findings to the Supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits.
