Job Summary: Verify and notify route square counts to ensure item traceability, prevent theft, and assist in operational administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Route square verification and notification 2. Fuel performance analysis 3. Route planning and monitoring via geolocation Position Objective Verify and notify route square counts (pickup/delivery) to ensure items’ entry and exit from units and the platform at the COP, thereby maintaining full traceability and preventing item theft, as well as assisting in general administrative tasks for operational control. Job Functions or Activities 1. Execute route square counts 2. Obtain information on items with square count discrepancies 3. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. 4. Analyze fuel performance of routes 5. Report square count and fuel performance audit results to the Supervisor. 6. Route planning and monitoring via geolocation 7. Validation of delivery unit departures. Requirements Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transportation or related field. Specialization area: Inventory execution, controlling item inflows and outflows.
