Position Summary: Logistics and operations analyst with experience in traffic and distribution, responsible for settlement management, operational reporting, and transportation monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Manages daily settlements and operational reports 2. Monitors vehicles and ensures service compliance 3. Performs scale calibration and security seal inspections **REQUIREMENTS:** **Age:** 25 to 45 years old **Gender:** Unrestricted (preferably male) **Education:** High school diploma Experience in logistics, traffic, and distribution **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Enter daily settlements for tanker truck routes Document, validate, and archive daily settlements in digital and physical folders Report any shortages or alterations in tanker truck settlements Provide support to Operational Reports as required by the Operations Department Capture purchase requisitions requested by the operations department Generate reports on cargo transport vehicles entering the plant for hydrocarbon unloading Monitor vehicles in real time to ensure timely and proper service delivery Calibrate platform scales Inspect tanker truck seals upon plant entry and exit Inspect seals inside the plant Safeguard and hand over tanker truck mobile phones Deliver documents to tanker trucks according to current regulations: waybill, transfer invoice, and load sheets Report any anomalies, unauthorized services, or violations of security systems
