Job Summary: Responsible for fuel administration and distribution, performance analysis, opportunity identification, and continuous improvement in fleet management. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: Main Responsibilities Fuel Administration and Distribution Execute and control fuel distribution for the operational fleet according to established budgets. Validate fuel loads, consumption, and reconciliations using control platforms and operational reports. Monitor incidents related to fuel cards, unrecognized loads, deviations, or potential leaks. Ensure timely fuel availability to guarantee operational continuity. Performance and Efficiency Analysis Analyze key fuel consumption and performance indicators per vehicle, route, and distribution center. Identify deviations in KPIs such as: Km/l $/Hl Prepare executive reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Generate trend analyses and consumption projections. Opportunity Identification and Continuous Improvement Identify underperforming or operationally deviant “offender” distribution centers. Toll booth verification and reporting Maintain constant communication with operational departments Present results, findings, and action plans to various organizational levels. Coordinate follow-up with distribution center leaders to ensure KPI compliance. Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
