We are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as: **Operations Analyst \- \*\*HYBRID MODEL: 3 DAYS ON-SITE \- 2 DAYS REMOTE\*\*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or Finance * 1 to 3 years of experience * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills **(a test will be administered)** * Experience in reconciliations and data validation * Experience in payment reconciliation, financial administration, or similar areas * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel * Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines * Proactivity in proposing process improvements **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring tickets and backlog * Tracking SLAs * Performing accounting and operational reconciliations * Generating reports * Managing incidents **We Offer:** * Payroll-based employment model * **Monthly gross salary of $24,500** * Statutory benefits: (12 vacation days in the first year, 15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, Social Security) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Training courses and/or certifications * Career development plan.
