We are looking for an **Operational Supervisor**. **About the Position:** This role focuses on supervising and coordinating urban area maintenance activities south of Mexico City. **Employment Type:** Full-time until project completion. **Requirements:** * Ability to drive a car and/or manual or automatic transmission pickup truck. * Incomplete bachelor's degree or incomplete technical/vocational or high school education. * Experience navigating within Mexico City. * Proficiency with Google Maps or Waze. * Experience supervising projects/maintenance or other services and/or interacting with suppliers. * Mobile phone usage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operational supervision: inspect operational staff appearance (uniform, grooming, safety equipment). * Operational control and transportation: ensure service delivery meets standards (timeliness, quality, scope), supervise daily schedules and field crew workflows, and serve as the team’s designated transporter. * Personnel: supervise punctuality and attendance. * Goals and results: achieve daily crew targets; review service orders against the plan. * Photo documentation and report generation. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Strong verbal communication. * Execution and results orientation. * Proactivity. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Salary:** $12,000 to $14,000 monthly, based on experience. **Location:** General García Conde Palomas 64, Reforma Soc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11650 Ciudad de México, CDMX If you meet the requirements, apply through this channel or send your CV via WhatsApp at 5663841236, stating your name \+ the position title.
