Job Summary: The Operational Security Specialist will manage and safeguard the network and server infrastructure by monitoring, updating security systems, and aligning policies to minimize risks and strengthen cybersecurity. Promote workplace equality and non-discrimination. **Job Description:** Mission: As an Operational Security Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and safeguarding the network and server infrastructure through continuous monitoring, constant updating of security systems, and alignment of internal policies with group guidelines to minimize operational risks and strengthen the cybersecurity culture. Responsibilities: * Manage and keep security patches updated on computing equipment and servers. * Constantly monitor network and server infrastructure for timely or proactive incident detection and response. * Communicate with central and regional teams to standardize information security measures. * Update security tools on communication equipment (Firewalls, switches, routers). * Keep Disaster Recovery Plans updated and conduct testing once per year. * Perform preventive and corrective security audits across the group's various entities. * Evaluate vendors regarding security matters. * Communicate internally about security measures and best practices. * Establish security controls aligned with group requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, or a related field (degree required). * 5 to 8 years of experience managing critical infrastructure and corporate cybersecurity policies. * 5 to 8 years of experience with ITIL Foundations knowledge. * Desired certifications: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and Ethical Hacking. * Skills and knowledge in effective communication, teamwork, and Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto tools.
