Seafood restaurant in Nuevo Vallarta is seeking an **OPERATIONS MANAGER.** Location: **Blvrd de Nayarit, 63732 Nuevo Vallarta, Nay.** Schedule: **Monday to Sunday, with a midweek break from 1 PM to 9 PM** We offer: **Base salary of $20,000 to $25,000 per month, tax-free.** * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Tips * Commissions on total sales Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or related field * At least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry * At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager * Experience in process optimization and personnel management * Knowledge of cost control and inventory management Responsibilities: * Customer service and follow-up, delivering high-quality service * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations * Coordinate and ensure efficiency in daily operations across dining room, bar, and kitchen * Supervise and manage staff (18 people) * Implement processes to optimize time usage * Maintain a positive work environment, and resolve and prevent issues * Evaluate and measure each employee's performance * Establish agreements with other companies or institutions to increase sales * Operate restaurant management software * Properly maintain physical assets * Manage the brand’s positive image and suggest ways to improve it Don’t miss this opportunity!
