Certified as a Great Place to Work and ESR employer. 1 day per week at the Interlomas corporate office \+ availability for client visits in CDMX \| Remote work Monday to Friday \| 09:00 to 18:00 6-month temporary project * $20,000 per month * Statutory benefits \+ Total Pass \+ Discount membership for laboratories, hospitals, and entertainment centers \+ life insurance **What will you do in this role?** * Installation and configuration of Windows and Windows Server operating systems * Diagnosis and resolution of critical operating system incidents * On-site technical support and assistance directly with clients * Physical server installation (rack & stack) * Validation of implementation prerequisites (power supply, site conditions, cabling, connectivity) * Network cabling and server connection * Technical requirements gathering * Timely tracking and resolution of incidents **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (graduated or final-year student) * Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in on-site support or infrastructure * Solid experience in: * Windows and Windows Server operating systems * Operating system diagnostics and troubleshooting * Networks and connectivity * Server hardware configuration * Basic/intermediate SQL * Basic technical English * **Desirable knowledge** * Scripting (PowerShell, .bat) * Management tools such as Ivanti * Basic firewall configuration * Experience with RAID arrays At Grupo Mainbit, we foster an inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace.
