Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Job requirements** * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. * Minimum education required: University degree in Medicine. * Experience in labor and sanitary regulations. * Expertise in handling medical emergencies and accidents. * Expertise in occupational medicine. * Valid certification in CPR and first aid. * Knowledge of medical record management and fitness-for-duty evaluations. * Proficiency in completing ST7 forms and managing ST9. **Job responsibilities** * Manage medical records, training documentation, and official documents to ensure their validity and completeness. * Provide urgent and primary-level medical care to staff, conducting comprehensive medical evaluations. * Conduct workstation assessments to identify potential health risks. * Deliver training on health, safety, and ergonomics to all personnel. * Support implementation and monitoring of regulatory compliance with STPS and SSA. * Participate in committee and subcommittee meetings to establish guidelines and investigate accidents and incidents. * Supervise contractor compliance with safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. * Carry out the annual risk premium. **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree or higher – certified **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Self-management *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a1482715200005f00c30115\&source\=indeed*
