




**Position: NOC Engineer** **Area:** Projects **Level:** Operational **Job Objective** Provide support for handling, analyzing, diagnosing, and closing CPDs, ensuring compliance with project SLAs and timely management of improvement plans. **Key Responsibilities** * Handling, analysis, and closure of CPDs. * Identification and analysis of alarms and KPIs. * Management and tracking of improvement plans in response to non-conformities. * Compliance with project SLAs. * Timely execution and approval of service orders. * Continuous communication with the client and project team. * Preparation and timely delivery of high-quality reports. **Required Profile** **Academic Background:** * Technical or Professional Degree in Engineering **CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH** **Technical Knowledge:** * Management tools. * Identification and analysis of alarms and KPIs. * Handling of CPD cases. * Use of tools such as Remedy or other quality management systems. **Experience:** * Minimum work experience: 6 months * Experience in NOC support or similar roles (desirable). **Key Competencies** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Service orientation and goal achievement. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and follow-up. **HSEQ Responsibilities** * Compliance with the OHSMS, occupational safety and health regulations. * Participation in training, reporting, and investigations, as applicable. * Timely reporting of incidents, risks, or health-related developments. **Apply by submitting your CV** and join a team committed to quality, service, and continuous improvement, working for a telecommunications company.
