NETWORK MANAGEMENT ANALYST Work Location: La Calma, Zapopan Sector: Parcel delivery and logistics A logistics and courier company seeks a Network Management Analyst to monitor the performance of its logistics network through operational information analysis, report generation, and KPI monitoring, supporting decision-making and continuous operational improvement. Main Responsibilities Preparation and tracking of operational shipment reports (volume, delivery times, incidents, and costs). Analysis of operational data and logistics network performance. Monitoring and tracking of key operational performance indicators (KPIs). Identification of operational deviations and improvement opportunities in routes, processes, and delivery times. Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management. Coordination with Operations, Transportation, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance departments for information validation and incident follow-up. Support in implementing data-driven improvement strategies. Requirements Experience in parcel delivery, courier services, or logistics (preferred). Experience in operational information analysis or reporting. Intermediate Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, pivot tables). Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
