Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical Engineer to design and execute the operational strategy across 5 workshops, with a focus on processes, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Design and standardization of operational strategies We seek an engineering profile eager to move beyond the traditional plant environment and apply an analytical mindset to a multi-site operation with high impact on profitability. This position is not traditional after-sales — it is for someone who thinks in terms of **processes, efficiency, timelines, installed capacity, and continuous improvement**. * You will be responsible for designing and executing the operational strategy across 5 workshops located in different cities, ensuring standardization, productivity, and financial control of the business. **What will you do?** * Design **monthly in-house operational strategies** to maximize capacity and reduce cycle times * Implement and standardize **processes, KPIs, and operational manuals** * Manage insurance company agreements from a perspective of **profitability and volume** * Monitor and optimize **repair times (lead time / throughput)** * Conduct weekly tracking of **labor and parts forecasts** * Identify opportunities for improvement in costs, productivity, and operational flow **Profile we are looking for** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) * Experience in **operations, plant, manufacturing, or continuous improvement** * Strong data-, process-, and efficiency-oriented mindset (not a commercial profile) * Experience managing **multiple units or sites** * Optimization mindset: KPIs, bottlenecks, productivity * Willingness to travel **Multi-site operation locations:** Metropolitan Zone, Guanajuato, SLP, Aguascalientes, Zacatecas, and Metepec (5 workshops with active operations) **We offer:** * Base salary * Variable compensation * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you are interested in applying through this channel!
