Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant for vertical transportation equipment, focused on preventive and corrective tasks, diagram interpretation, and failure diagnosis. Interpret diagrams and manuals Company dedicated to providing maintenance services is seeking: **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT FOR ELEVATORS AND ELECTRIC ESCALATORS** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multi-brand vertical transportation equipment.** * Interpret diagrams. * Interpret manuals. * Diagnose and address electrical, mechanical, and electronic failures in elevators and escalators. **REQUIREMENTS** * **3 years of verifiable experience** performing maintenance on vertical transportation equipment (elevators and electric escalators). * Education: Technical degree and/or degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field. * Availability to rotate shifts: 7:00 \- 15:00 / 15:00 \- 23:00 * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday **(fixed day off)** **BENEFITS** * **Monthly gross salary of $12,000** * Bi-weekly payments * Statutory benefits * Profit sharing * Year-end bonus * Vacation time * **Payroll loans** * **100% payroll registration with IMSS** * Life insurance * Uniforms **Work Location:** * **Monterrey Metro, Nuevo León.**
