Your impact? This role will closely monitor and analyze consumption related to processes and machinery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost optimization across the production lines. You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more innovative future. **What You’ll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Lead sustaining engineering activities to ensure stable and reliable manufacturing processes. * Identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize machine performance. * Manage and monitor indirect manufacturing costs, including consumables, tooling, energy, maintenance supplies, and machine\-related expenses. * Track, analyze, and report actual consumption vs. standard consumption, implementing corrective actions where deviations occur. * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve process\-related issues and align operational objectives. **What We're Looking For** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. * Experience monitoring and controlling indirect costs related to manufacturing processes and equipment. * Understanding of industrial machinery operation and process parameter management. * Advanced English **What You'll Get from Us** --------------------------- * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
