At **Event Express**, we are seeking the best talent to join our team as a Monitoring Operator. **Responsibilities** * Verify that the cameras on Auto Venta units scheduled for route deployment are fully operational for monitoring purposes. * Report intramural attendance at CEDIS. * Monitor that Auto Venta units depart on route only after confirming the responsible operator. * Record Auto Venta unit entries and exits in the logbook. * Execute response protocols upon loss of camera image from Auto Venta units. * Execute response protocols in case of robberies targeting Auto Venta units. * Validate with CEDIS Managers the authorization for visitor, supplier, and staff access. * Prepare the daily incident report. * Report risky behaviors by Auto Venta operators, such as: allowing passengers to board the vehicle, consuming alcoholic beverages, leaving the vehicle door open, permitting unauthorized persons to approach the vehicle during cargo unloading, obstructing Auto Venta cameras, or deviating from the designated sales route. * Monitor compliance with security protocols while on route. * Verify whether the Auto Venta unit is en route upon receiving a panic button notification and activate the corresponding response protocol if applicable. * Verify intramural activities: not leaving the CEDIS premises; conducting inspections of personnel, visitors, and suppliers upon entry and exit from the CEDIS. * Report equipment monitoring failures to the Monitoring Coordinator for prompt repair. * Record visits made to customers served by each Auto Venta unit. * Verify intramural activities: not leaving the CEDIS premises; conducting inspections of personnel, visitors, and suppliers upon entry and exit from the CEDIS. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience as a facility and vehicle monitoring operator. * Basic computer skills. * Strong observational abilities. * Risk-based thinking. **Benefits** * Statutory benefits effective from day one. * Excellent work environment.
