Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Executive for trip monitoring, tracking, and direct interaction with clients and operators, with proficiency in Office and SharePoint. Key Highlights: 1. Direct interaction with clients and operators OPERATIONAL EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite IMPORTANT: Must have your own orange safety vest (Type B or Class 2) and industrial shoes to enter Walmart's distribution center (CEDIS) _SHIFT SCHEDULE – 8-HOUR ROTATING SHIFTS: 1ST SHIFT: 6 AM – 2 PM 2ND SHIFT: 2 PM – 10 PM 3RD SHIFT: 10 PM – 6 AM Shifts rotate weekly Work 6 days and rest 2 consecutive days Monday through Sunday Training shift RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring Filling out SharePoint logbooks Continuous trip tracking Issuing transport manifests (Carta Porte) Assigning diesel vouchers Direct interaction with clients and operators _SALARY: $2,600 MXN per week (take-home pay) PERFORMANCE-BASED MONTHLY BONUS OF $2,000 MXN (take-home pay), awarded starting from the second month, based on performance, punctuality, and attendance BENEFITS: IMSS and INFONAVIT enrollment 30% vacation premium Vacation days Savings fund and internal loans Life insurance Direct contract with the company Job stability Growth opportunities. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school Less than 1 year of experience Age: 18–50 years Skills: Decision-making, Microsoft Excel, Monitoring, Tracking, SharePoint Keywords: monitoring, monitoring operator
