Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to monitor operators, resolve incidents, track vehicles, and prepare reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in logistics, traffic, or administration. 2. Proficiency in Office software, GPS, and monitoring of routes and operators. 3. Key role in tracking and resolving incidents with customers and operators. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or traffic. Relevant degree in administration or logistics. Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, GPS, route monitoring, and operator tracking. Main Responsibilities: Monitor operators and deliveries. Resolve incidents with customers and operators. Monitor vehicles via GPS. Validate PODs (Proof of Delivery). Prepare KPI and performance reports. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: 20 years or older Knowledge: Team management, GPS, Logistics, Microsoft Office, Monitoring, Tracking, Traffic Driver's License: Class A Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: monitoring, monitoring specialist
