Constant communication with delivery personnel and team A leading e-commerce logistics company is seeking: Logistics Monitor Monitor delivery routes in real time, ensuring on-time deliveries and responding promptly to operational incidents. We Offer: Base salary of $13,000 gross per month, paid weekly KPI bonus of $1,000 per month Food vouchers worth $2,000 Night shift bonus of $1,200 per month Statutory benefits Availability to work night shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM, with one weekday day off Requirements: Completed high school diploma or technical degree Experience in monitoring, logistics, or traffic (preferred) Proficiency in Excel and tracking systems Shift availability Strong communication skills and quick response capability Ensure all documentation (e.g., waybills, permits, etc.) is complete and complies with current regulations. Responsibilities: Monitoring vehicles via GPS/internal platforms Tracking routes and delivery times Reporting and managing incidents (e.g., delays, deviations, accidents) Constant communication with delivery personnel and operations team Preparation of reports and logs Verification of delivery proof Experience: Familiarity with supply chain concepts, transportation modes, and applicable regulations. Ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make decisions based on information. Skill in coordinating multiple shipments, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing routes. Experience with TMS, GPS, and monitoring tools.
