Tracking of critical events until resolution Monitoring Operator – Operations Area Responsible for real-time tracking of transportation units using tracking platforms (GPS), ensuring compliance with routes, delivery times, and established protocols. The primary function is to guarantee operational visibility, anticipate risks, and respond promptly to any incident within Estafeta.
