




Job Summary: We are seeking a Monitoring Operator (Tepo) to track freight transport units, handle incidents, and generate reports, maintaining constant communication with drivers and authorities. Real-time monitoring and report generation **Monitoring Operator (Tepo)** Salary: 14,000\.00 (MXN) \- 16,000\.00 (MXN) per month Requirements: \* Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree. \* Minimum one year of experience in this position. \* Proficiency in operating 360-degree cameras and GPS systems. \* Familiarity with GPS platforms. \* Knowledge of national highway systems and major roads across the country. \* Coordination with authorities via emergency numbers 911 and 088, including accident response. \* Customer service and coordination with drivers for real-time tracking. \* Understanding of freight logistics. \* Alert monitoring and response. Responsibilities: Tracking freight transport units using satellite platforms. Communicating with drivers to guide them on major national highways.
