The position requires an analytical, proactive, and decision-making oriented profile, capable of closely tracking logistics operations, validating critical information, and anticipating risks that may impact operational compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Real-time monitoring of transportation vehicles * Tracking of loading and delivery appointments * Validation of operational statuses and estimated times of arrival * Detection and prevention of operational risks * Tracking and management of logistics incidents * Validation of information with operators and transportation carriers * Updating monitoring reports and tools * Analysis of operational deviations and performance indicator compliance * Timely escalation of critical incidents * Tracking of vehicles in transit, loading, and unloading **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics monitoring and transportation operations * Experience as a monitoring analyst or in similar roles * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) * Experience using monitoring and tracking platforms * SAP knowledge * Analytical and operational tracking capability * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments * Availability to work rotating shifts * Key competencies * Information analysis * Risk prevention and anticipation * Proactivity * Attention to detail * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Sense of urgency **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $11,000 to $15,000 * Statutory benefits * Training * Job stability * Professional development within the operation Location: Toluca, State of Mexico Work Mode: On-site Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off Salary: $11,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
