




Job Summary: This position involves dough preparation, operation and maintenance of machinery, production supervision, and cleaning of the workstation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of production machinery. 2. Dough preparation and supervision of the cooking process. 3. Waste handling and cleaning of the work area. **Responsibilities:** \- Prepare dough according to the type of tortilla \- Select the appropriate cutter \- Start up the machines \- Apply Teflon and graphite to the comales \- Adjust the flame temperature of the comales \- Monitor the machines and maintain communication with the collectors and the production supervisor \- Repair machines when they break down; apply oil or grease \- Separate waste and reuse what is necessary \- At the end of the shift, wash the machines and mixer, and clean and sweep the work area Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
