Work Experience: 2 years Knowledge: * Hygienic food handling. * Physicochemical analysis (pH, conductivity, STD). * Laboratory equipment operation and GMP. * Good Manufacturing Practices (NOM-251). Skills and Competencies: * Initiative, responsibility, working under pressure, decision-making, analytical thinking, dynamism, adherence to policies, teamwork, and time availability.
