Job Summary: Responsible for executing installation, maintenance, and repair activities for sold equipment, coordinating efforts to meet customer needs and conducting CNC machinery demonstrations. Willingness to travel throughout the Mexican Republic Responsible for executing installation, maintenance, and repair activities for equipment sold by the company, distributing and coordinating tasks to satisfy customer needs; processes material or spare parts requests required for repairs. Installation and assembly of CO2 laser CNC machinery, fiber engraving CNC machinery, routers, and plasma CNC machinery. Preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC-type machinery. Travel to customer locations for equipment inspection, installations, and repairs, serving customers across the entire Mexican Republic. Conduct CNC machinery demonstrations for potential customers. Attend trade exhibitions to explain functionality to potential customers. Review 3D CAD design drawings. Perform calculations for programming, including determining where materials should be cut. Verify completed programs by running simulations or tests. Analyze and select appropriate speeds and tools. Supervise all programs to ensure compliance with blueprint instructions and safe, successful completion. Skills and Experience: *Willingness to travel Must possess advanced computer programming skills: knowledge of programming languages required. Prior experience in machine programming is required.
