Collaboration and production optimization We are a Mexican company focused on manufacturing and marketing high-quality, innovative packaging and containers, recognized for delivering high-quality products and services based on continuous improvement driven by our highly qualified staff. **We invite you to apply for the position of:** Raw Materials Planner **Education:** · Industrial Engineering or related field **Experience:** · Minimum 1 year; experience in raw materials and packaging materials planning preferred. **· Intermediate Excel (Mandatory)** **Responsibilities:** \- Develop weekly and monthly raw materials receipt plans and schedules according to the bill of materials requirements and production schedules. \- Prepare purchase requisitions to ensure finished goods inventory levels established by stock policy. \- Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to manage raw material deliveries according to manufacturing requirements. \- Generate purchase requisitions in case of material rejections and coordinate with the Purchasing Department regarding receipt dates. Generate and monitor the monthly production schedule and incident reports to ensure raw materials and packaging materials inventory levels. Propose corrective actions urgently within production schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries. Develop weekly and monthly production plans and schedules based on sales forecast and received orders; prepare the production schedule considering the objective of maintaining finished goods inventory levels established by stock policy. Prepare the weekly production schedule in collaboration with the Operations Department to ensure optimization of machine time, costs, and efficiency. Conduct daily monitoring of the weekly production schedule and report any production incidents. Propose finished goods delivery dates to the Sales Department based on manufacturing requirements. Generate requisitions to ensure raw materials and packaging materials meet the monthly production schedule, considering sales forecast, received orders, and rejected work orders. **Skills:** Organization Effective Communication Initiative Resource Management Decision Making Strong Negotiation Skills Planning Leadership Teamwork **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Full schedule availability mandatory) **We Offer:** Monthly salary: $18,000–$20,000 Weekly payments Statutory and above-statutory benefits Job stability Direct employment with the company If you are interested and meet the profile, do not hesitate to apply.
