Job Objective Drive sales growth and acquisition of new customers, ensuring correct point-of-sale execution and leading the promotion team to achieve appropriate product turnover and attainment of commercial objectives. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new customers along assigned routes/field territories. Manage and follow up on the assigned customer portfolio. Negotiate, quote, and close sales. Ensure proper point-of-sale execution and product turnover. Coordinate and provide tactical follow-up to the promotion team. Achieve monthly sales targets and commercial KPIs. Maintain updated reports, customer portfolio, and post-sales follow-up. Strengthen commercial relationships with customers. · Requirements Bachelor's degree. Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, traditional channel sales, or customer service. Desirable experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)/food industry. Negotiation and sales closing skills. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Standard vehicle operation capability and valid driver's license mandatory.
