Responsabilidades Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (e. g. OMS, JSA, Visual Aids. Collect work measurement samples through time study methods Create and maintain bill of materials and production routings Update production floor layout (equipment and workstation) using AutoCAD Manage and improve production costs through analysis and reduction efforts Participate in Lean, Kaizen, 6S and Value Stream Mapping activities Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Implement and maintain MRP and Settings SAP management. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues. Design and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure product quality and compliance. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement. Train and mentor staff on new manufacturing processes and technologies. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requisitos Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with continuous improvement techniques and tools. Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with process documentation and standard operating procedures. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
