Description
The position:
Is responsible for ensuring continuous operation of production equipment through correct execution of preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance, as well as supporting the creation of technical standards for production equipment to achieve site objectives, promoting collaboration with various site stakeholders through assertive communication and teamwork, in compliance with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection requirements.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Execute maintenance activities for mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and basic electronic systems.
* Develop standards to optimize preventive maintenance and autonomous maintenance activities for production equipment.
* Conduct root cause analysis for failures, malfunctions, and safety findings.
* Support deviations (investigations/CAPAs/AIs) related to process and operational performance involving the maintenance area.
* Support the development and implementation of autonomous maintenance standards.
* Comply with procedures related to Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection applicable to assigned activities.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* More than 5 years of experience in electromechanics and maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment.
* Technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
* Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
* Operational excellence tools for plant maintenance.
* Pharmaceuticals (solid and liquid dosage forms).
* Formulation and Packaging Technology.
* Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
