For this reason, we are seeking your talent for the position of: **Maintenance Technician** **Job Objective:** To timely inspect, address, and prevent infrastructure, maintenance, and calibration requirements at the Compounding Center in accordance with current sanitary regulations to avoid process deviations. **Requirements:** **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration, or related field (completed). **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry performing maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. **Availability:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with flexibility and willingness to respond to operational emergencies). **Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC (mini-splits, AHUs, chillers) and refrigeration equipment (cold rooms). * Maintenance of *facilities* or buildings (electrical systems, plumbing, painting, ceiling panels, and general infrastructure). * Emergency Power Plants (EPP): Startup operation and preventive maintenance (oil changes, fluids/liquids). * Applicable pharmaceutical regulations (NOM\-249\). * **Desirable!** Prior knowledge or experience with laminar flow hoods. **Responsibilities:** * Timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for infrastructure, critical systems, preparation equipment, and environmental monitoring equipment across multiple sites. * First-line response and timely support for emergencies to ensure facility operability and proper commissioning of areas. * Ensuring functionality of equipment involved in sterile compounding, strictly adhering to dress code, hygiene, and safety guidelines. * Managing and supervising maintenance vendors, verifying correct execution of their activities. * Documenting procedures and maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory requirements. **We Offer:** * **Work Location:** La Roma neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX * **Salary:** $12,500 Net * Statutory benefits * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous improvement.
