Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in general facility maintenance, cleaning services, and KPI management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in general facility maintenance and equipment management 2. Knowledge of basic maintenance and regulatory documentation 3. Work schedule: 4 working days followed by 3 days off We are looking for your talent. **We require a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** Requirements: * Electrical/Mechanical/Maintenance Engineer or related field * 3 years of experience in general facility maintenance: civil works, hydraulic and sanitary systems (painting, finishes, furniture, plumbing, waterproofing, glazing, etc.) * Experience in cleaning services, landscaping, and pest control. * Experience as a service provider. * Experience with KPIs * **Intermediate Excel** **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of maintenance * Basic regulatory documentation **We Offer**: * Weekly net salary: $3,268 * Monthly food vouchers: $1,600 * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, 4x3 Work 4 days and rest 3 days Working hours: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * School support vouchers * Christmas vouchers * Opportunity for one additional paid day off every 6 months (in addition to statutory days) Interested candidates should send their CV to Miriam.Gallarza@sodexo.com or apply through this platform.
