Proficiency in SAP PM for scheduling and control DESCRIPTION At Eosol, we are currently seeking **Maintenance Planners for Mineral Processing Plants**, who will be responsible for ensuring the planning, scheduling, and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities at the mineral processing plant, thereby guaranteeing the reliability and availability of critical assets through appropriate maintenance management, asset administration, and efficient use of SAP—aligned with safety, productivity, and operational continuity standards. Requirements: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience in maintenance planning for mineral processing plants. Mandatory experience in maintenance of: Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, Thickeners, Pumps, Filters, Conveyor Belt Systems. Experience in maintenance management and asset administration. Experience in maintenance scheduling and control using SAP PM. Responsibilities: * Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance plans for mineral processing plant equipment. * Generate weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on asset criticality and operational availability. * Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance execution teams to schedule equipment intervention windows. * Manage work orders in SAP PM, ensuring traceability, historical records, and proper closure. * Monitor and control maintenance backlog and track performance indicators. * Administer spare parts catalog, critical materials, and consumables in coordination with warehouse and procurement. * Participate in failure analysis and reliability strategies to improve asset availability. * Develop strategies focused on asset lifecycle management. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and procedures during maintenance activities. * Participate in scheduled plant shutdowns and continuous improvement projects. * Generate technical reports and maintenance KPIs to support decision-making. * Monitor adherence to the maintenance budget. * Coordinate operational priorities with production and technical departments.
