Job Summary: Ensure planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to guarantee equipment availability and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Job stability and professional development Job Objective Ensure proper planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, guaranteeing equipment availability and operational continuity through KPI tracking and work order control in the ERP system. What will you do in this role? Plan and monitor daily and weekly maintenance schedules Administer the preventive maintenance plan in ERP (Oracle preferred) Monitor key indicators: Downtime, MTTR, MTBF, and PM compliance Manage work orders (creation, tracking, and closure) Control backlog and prioritize activities based on criticality Coordinate maintenance windows with production Track TIF cards using TPM methodology Validate resources, spare parts, and tools prior to job execution Analyze recurring failures and propose improvements Report operational status, risks, and deviations Candidate Profile · Location: Atizapán, State of Mexico Department: Maintenance Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance planning within industry (preferably injection molding, extrusion, or continuous manufacturing) Key Competencies: Maintenance planning and scheduling ERP system usage (Oracle preferred) KPI analysis (MTTR, MTBF, Downtime) TPM methodology and TIF card management Organization, prioritization, and results orientation Working Conditions Hybrid office and plant-based work Constant interaction with production teams Availability to respond to operational deviations Exposure to plant conditions (noise, temperature, dust) Mandatory use of PPE What We Offer?
